1. About Our Products

All rugs and kilim benches sold on this website are handmade by artisan weavers using traditional techniques. Because each piece is handwoven, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed on the website at the time of order and are subject to change without notice for future orders. Prices already confirmed at checkout will not change for that order.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment via Razorpay (covering cards, UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, and netbanking), Payoneer, and manual bank transfer.

5. Custom Orders

Custom sizes are available on request and are reviewed case by case before confirmation. Custom orders follow the same return and refund terms as our standard products, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping

Shipping is provided free of charge worldwide, with all details set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photos, descriptions, and the Nexuzy and Meera Exports names and logos, is our property and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
