Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Meera Exports, trading as Nexuzy, uses cookies on nexuzy.com. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They help a site remember your cart, your choices and how you use its pages.

How We Use Cookies

Necessary cookies (always on)

These keep the shop working and cannot be switched off. They remember what is in your cart and store your cookie choice.

• WooCommerce cart and session cookies, such as woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session. They remember your cart as you browse and check out.
• cookieyes-consent. It stores your cookie choice for 1 year.
• Our payment partner, Razorpay, may set its own cookies when you pay, to complete and secure the payment.

Analytics and performance cookies (only with your consent)

These help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Where the law requires consent, they are set only after you accept them.

• WooCommerce order attribution cookies, with names starting sbjs_. They record how you reached our shop, for a short session.
• Google Analytics cookies, such as _ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID. They tell us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us. Google tags used for our Google Shopping listings may also set _gcl_au.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

If we use tools that measure how our Google Shopping listings or social posts lead to visits, the cookies they set are marketing cookies. Where the law requires consent, they are placed only after you accept them.

Abandoned cart reminders

If you enter your email at checkout and do not finish your order, our reminder tool saves your cart and email so we can send you a reminder. You can opt out with the link in that email.

How to Change Your Choice

When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all, reject all, or customise your settings. To change your choice later, use the cookie settings button in the corner of any page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the shop, such as the cart, may stop working.

Third Party Cookies

Some cookies come from services we use, such as Razorpay and Google. They have their own privacy policies, and we do not control their cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We review this list from time to time and may update it as our site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
