1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We ship every order free of charge to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, and most other countries. If we cannot ship to your country, we will tell you before you pay.
2. Dispatch time
We dispatch standard orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom size orders are made to your measurements. We confirm the production time with you before you pay and dispatch the order when the rug is ready.
3. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Most orders therefore arrive about 4 to 7 business days after you order. We email you a tracking link when your order ships.
4. Duties and taxes
In most cases we pay the import duties and taxes on your order, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. In some countries, customs may still charge the buyer duties, VAT or handling fees when the parcel arrives. This depends on your country, and it is only confirmed by customs when the parcel is delivered, so we cannot tell you the amount in advance. If customs does charge you, you pay it to the courier or the customs office. If you would like to check what is usual for your country, message us before you order.
5. Delays
Customs checks, weather, and events outside our control can occasionally delay a parcel. We will keep you informed if a significant delay happens.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and can ship it again once the address is confirmed.
