You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order was placed.

2. Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective, or if the size received does not match the size ordered. Since each rug and kilim bench is handmade, minor natural variations in colour, weave, or pattern are not considered damage or defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved due to damage, a defect, or a size discrepancy, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for the item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
